The five courses in the MS-GSCM Program are designed to develop a wide range of skill areas while maintaining focus on the theory and practice of global supply chain management and logistics.  These skill areas are:
Strategic thinking in business organizations
Financial statement analysis
Analysis of organizational behavior
Development of leadership and trust relationships
Cross-cultural business analysis
International trade & investment analysis
The practice of knowledge management
Use and applications of information technology
Design of computer-based simulations of complex logistical activities
Use of activity-based costing methods and capital budgeting
Students receive customized binders containing all course related material and lecture notes on the first day of each course.
